My contributions and review status
You get back a receipt ID, the review status, and either a request for changes or the reason a point was or was not reflected. Statuses are set by a human reviewer.

Check with a receipt ID and code
If you submitted through the API or an agent (MCP), enter the two values you received. The code is stored only as a hash and cannot be reissued.
